• Analytics and reporting

3. User Obligations

Users must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use the service appropriately and ethically

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription fees are based on selected plan
• Payments are processed securely through authorized providers
• Billing occurs on a monthly basis
• Price changes will be notified in advance
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

5. Service Level Agreement

While we strive to provide reliable and high-quality service, you acknowledge that:

• We aim for 99.9% platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We provide support based on your subscription tier, but response times may vary
• Scheduled maintenance will be performed with advance notice when possible
• Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice if necessary
• Service quality may be affected by factors beyond our control
• We maintain regular backup procedures but are not liable for data loss

7. Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to providing quality service, you explicitly agree that:

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last month
• We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or damages
• Technical issues, service interruptions, or data loss may occur despite our best efforts
• Force majeure events absolve us of performance obligations
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service

6. Intellectual Property

• All platform content and features are owned by RestroEase
• Users retain rights to their uploaded content
• Limited license granted for platform use
• Trademark and copyright protection

7. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services without notice
• Force majeure events absolve us of performance obligations

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate service at our sole discretion
• No refunds for termination due to violation of terms
• We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• All provisions related to liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination

9. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes shall be governed exclusively by UK law
• Mandatory arbitration for all disputes
• Waiver of right to participate in class actions
• You agree to resolve disputes individually
• Arbitration costs shall be borne by the initiating party

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with:

• 30 days notice for material changes
• Continued use constitutes acceptance
